Wellness Workshop Program
Our workshop series is amazingly comprehensive. A six part series delivered over six months, these workshops provide education, motivation, accountability, and support for the participants. Starting from the very basics of wellness and helping each participant figure out where their unique starting point is, the workshops cover topics such as hydration, chronic pain, sleep habits, time management, stress management, dealing with conflict, fitness, nutrition, and motivation. Every workshop includes a personalized plan. Access to their facilitator enables everyone to get the support and help they need throughout the program. It's like having a wellness coach for everyone on your team!
$150 + GST/month for the workshop plus $35 + GST/month per participant. Includes all course materials and plans.
Custom Consulting
If you have a unique situation where a wellness professional would be useful, or you want to implement other wellness related changes to the business in conjunction with the workshops, this is for you. Some examples would be rehabilitating an employee back into the workforce, giving some extra help to a few select individuals that could benefit the most, setting up a fitness area in your business and making sure employees know how to use it safely and effectively, or looking for ways to make wellness more accessible to your workforce in general. Whatever your wellness needs, we can help.
$75/hour + GST
